Entitlement to a Refund:

- You must notify us of your decision to cancel and return the goods within 30 days of receiving them, using a tracked shipping service.
- You will be refunded within 3 working days after we receive the goods back.

In the event that the items do not reach us, having these records will enable you to claim compensation. Please note that we cannot provide refunds or replacements for items that do not make it to our return center.
