The spacers provided are too small, so when trying to open the top lid it hits the wall, and doesn't open completely.Larger spacers are required.

Good item but it’s locks need to be better quality stainless steel for the uk so it doesn’t jam in the winter

Works well. Found it needed to be mounted off the ground as the parcel well in quite deep (and I'm quite old)Had to add labels as couriers couldn't understand how to open.

We bought this to tackle all the parcels that arrive just after you pop out, usually.Royal Mail have mastered using it. I now need to train the Amazon man to use it instead of throwing parcels over my gate!
Easy to attack to wall, we put wood behind it to stop the lid scraping on brickwork which has worked perfectly.

This is a good sized parcel box. The only issue I had, was that parcel would fowl on the lock and inside door ledge. But one I had gaffa tapped some perspex to the inside of the door the problem was resolved.

I am glad I bought this large post box; best value for money and security. Looks great and I do not need to worry about delivery of the parcels while I am away.
