Was perfectly fine but not big enough so returned, bigger size was perfect.

Ample space for parcels in base, and good tilt system to allow a average size delivery.

After having parcels stolen from door step I invested in this box, ideal for most parcels, secure and water proof, easy to fit.

Good size fits perfectly just by my front door without getting in the way.

Good item but needs care when fitting to brickwork. Spacers provided were not deep enough, so lid caught on brickwork with recessed pointing. Could also use a sign supplied as even the Amazon driver could not figure out.how to use it. ( Sign : parcel drop box / Lift lid for parcels etc. purchased separately.)

Good quality well made works well ok to fix apart from top 2 holes almost impossible to fit screws in so I drilled 2 more lower down.not too sure about the lock as only had unit two days so time will tell!

Works well and not too obtrusive takes a medium sized shoe box but not a large one. Handy for medium packages which is handy.

When I told our regular delivery driver that we were getting a parcel box he was delighted. This should take all the stress out of having a parcel delivered if you can’t be indoors.

The box needs plastic spacers to give room for the lid to open & these were not that easy to fit. I found screwing a wooden baton to the wall makes the fitting a lot easier as you can then partially balance the box on the baton to mark the holes. I also found you only really need the spacers on the top 2 holes, nearest the lid.

Box arrived on time and well packed very easy to install but found the 4 black plastic spacers were not thick enough but after using 4 nuts it gave the clearance for lid to open without fouling the wall. Apart from that it’s a perfect size for my parcels

Monte simple, but efficient box. This is it it’s secure it’s not the best around but for the money does a good job.

I ordered this product on the Monday and it arrived by Wednesday promptly through parcel force . The packaging was robust to completely ensure no dents or scratches could happen during transit . Unfortunately for me I got my dimensions incorrect and had to return this product , refund was prompt with good communication from the company. What I will say is , it has a good finish , looks smart and comes with wall fixtures and keys ( spare) . I’m just gutted I had to send back .
